Where to purchase the application form?

Application form and Prospectus can be obtained from selected Post Offices in Kerala and outside the State (to be notified later), on  payment of the prescribed fee (Rs.700/- or Rs.350/- as the case may be), by cash. List of Post Offices that issue application form will be notified separately.
